• All tables are named after Scottish Islands, instead of 1,2,3 etc, you have Orkney, Lewis, Rhum etc.
• Master of Ceremony in attendance (depending on requirements)
• All crockery, tableware (pattern choices)
• Tables dressed in linen and co-ordinated linen tartan napkins, accordian glass napkins with wine
• Full colour co-ordination
• Candelabra on all tables
• Choice of linen
• All place cards and dry flower arrangements
• Table plans for guest arrival
• Vegetarian or special diet guests at no extra charge
• Choices of menu as required
° Mixing & Matching any menu to your requirements
• Immaculate and professional uniformed waitress/waiter service
